Where these pictures come from
The reel draws on every photograph published across this site — the thirty-two winery pages of the valley guide, the varietal pages under the wines, the fifteen houses beyond the valley, and the section pages for tasting, tours, events, staying and dining. They are shuffled, so the order is different every visit; each one runs once before any of them comes round again.
The caption under each frame names what you are looking at and links straight to the page it belongs to — so if a vineyard or a barrel cave catches your eye, one click takes you to the winery behind it. Use the arrow keys to move through the reel, or the space bar to hold a frame while you read it.
