Every wine region eventually produces a place that refuses to pick one obsession, and Deer Park is San Diego County’s: a working winery on old Champagne Boulevard whose real second act is a museum of vintage American convertibles — row after gleaming row of them, from century-old horseless carriages to chrome-heavy mid-century boulevard cruisers, collected alongside vintage radios, televisions and roadside Americana.
